Custom cakes with specialty decor made of fondant require more advanced notice.

Standard Order Delivery Requirements
$35 minimum order.
Cake orders must be placed by 4pm, 48hrs in advance.
Cupcake & Sweets orders must be placed the previous day by 4pm. (Please note, we may not have some "assorted sweets" items available)
Delivery offered daily till 4pm. Deliveries are made within a 1-hour window.
Same day delivery may be available. Rush fee may apply.
Payment is required at the time of ordering.
Due to the delicate nature of our baked goods, deliveries will not be left unattended. A recipient must know about the delivery and be present to receive the order.
Additional charges may apply for multiple boxes, delivery returns, and re-delivery attempts.
Large orders of $200 or more require special handling and may incur an additional fee.
Delivery range is within the Santa Monica, Los Angeles & South Bay area. Exceptions are made, so please call our shop for more details.
We advise all custom cakes with fragile hand made fondant decor or custom decorations be hand- delivered by Vanilla Bake Shop staff personally, based on availability.
